We specify and prepare contract documents and evaluate price quotations for equipment and materials. Once the equipment and materials are ordered, we collaborate with the suppliers to ensure that our clients receive the exact equipment needed to meet station requirements. In support of the EPA requirement that an up-to-date SPCC plan be on file for utility facilities with oil on the premises, ECE prepares SPCC plans for step-down stations and substations.
